Your documents stay yours.

Uploading an internal document and connecting a chat app raises fair questions. Here we've gathered how we handle data — if something isn't answered, ask and we'll provide the details too.

Where is your data?

Uploaded materials, generated courses and conversations run on EU servers. We store learner answers and logs in the same place, so performance reports can be audited in one location.

GDPR and data processing

As the data controller, you decide what you upload; we act as the data processor. We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) on request, and we help you fill in the parts that affect your internal record of processing activities.

The AI and your materials

We don't train models on uploaded documents or conversations, and we don't use them for other customers' courses. The processing needed to generate courses is limited to producing the course material.

Who sees what

There are admin and learner roles: learners see their own lessons and completion, and only administrators can access reports. Teams can also be separated from one another when several departments share a workspace.

Deletion and access

When a course or an entire workspace is deleted, its materials and answers are deleted too. When a colleague leaves, their personal data can be deleted on request, while the course statistics are kept anonymously.

Questions from IT or legal?

During the trial we'll also send you the security questionnaires and the DPA — just let us know what you need to get started.
